Casual Positions, As and When Required
Taranaki Base Hospital
The Call Centre is seeking applications from enthusiastic people to join our Team for casual cover during leave periods.
Ideally you will:
- Have excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
- Have experience with computerised phone systems, in particular Zeacom and DuraPage, would be helpful but not essential.
- Be Computer literate.
- Be a dedicated team player with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have experience working with a high and varied work load including emergency situations.
- Have the ability to work under pressure.
Full training of procedures will be provided to the successful applicants. Applicants must be able to work all shifts including night shift.
