We currently have an opportunity for a Consumer Services Representative to join the Consumer team within our Hastings office. With your sound background ideally from within a call centre environment, you will exhibit exceptional consumer service skills, with the ability to effectively manage and resolve consumer queries and concerns. You will have the communication and active listening skills to be able to effectively identify and resolve consumer issues in a way that meets consumer expectations and is in line with business policies. Our team works in a busy, high volume environment, as such your strong time management skills, along with your strong Microsoft office skills and willingness to work within a team environment will be critical to your success If you naturally have great people skills, can build rapport and handle complex customer queries with empathy and patience, then this role is for you.
