To be successful in this role you will have;

  • Previous inbound contact centre or customer service experience in a commercial environment
  • History or understanding of customer service delivery expectations and providing optimal customer solutions
  • Resilient and tenacious when faced with customer objections
  • Computer literacy and comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
  • Can talk on the phone and type concurrently
  • Professional communication skills and excellent command of English – comprehension, active, listening, composition and verbally articulate
  • Energy and desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a repetitive task role
  • Strong team orientation
