Your focus will be to receive inbound calls from consumers just like you to support customers to resolve queries and/or advise and influence their decisions about the various products and services our Clients offer. To be successful in this role you will have;
- Previous inbound contact centre or customer service experience in a commercial environment
- History or understanding of customer service delivery expectations and providing optimal customer solutions
- Resilient and tenacious when faced with customer objections
- Computer literacy and comfortable with range of systems i.e. CRM, MS Office
- Can talk on the phone and type concurrently
- Professional communication skills and excellent command of English – comprehension, active, listening, composition and verbally articulate
- Energy and desire to succeed
- Highly motivated and driven to achieve performance outcomes
- Comfortable working in a repetitive task role
- Strong team orientation
