Customer Service and Call Centre Professionals

WE ONLY WANT THE BEST!  We are looking for enthusiastic and positive people who can demonstrate a high level of customer service and a can-do attitude to join our National Support Centre located in our Manukau office.  You will be working as part of our established team to provide support to our Customers and their employees.

The ideal candidate will have these skills and attributes:

  • A recent post-graduate, preferably in Psychology or a Diploma in Counselling qualification
  • Exceptional customer service and people skills
  • Energetic and motivated
  • An independent worker but also an excellent team player
  • Highly resilient and thrives on challenges
  • Great communicator
  • System savvy and highly competent Outlook/Word/Excel user
  • Have a professional phone manner
  • Excellent work ethic/positive attitude and enthusiastic
  • Unsurpassed attention to detail
  • Ability to always try
  • Is reliable and punctual
