A leading government organisation are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer with Cloud experience to join their team. This organisation prides itself on ensuring a high level of service to all internal stakeholders and sharing best practise with other government agencies under the common capability arrangement.
Your new role
As a Senior Infrastructure Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless and effective operations of all cloud systems within the organisation. Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance of current systems and implementations of any future upgrades
- Providing technical support for all cloud related issues and queries for staff and stakeholders
- Providing consultation and guidance regarding solution implementation
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll bring with you proven experience as an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer. Key requirements include:
- Strong technical working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365, exposure to Amazon AWS is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- Understanding of security services and best practices
- Familiarity with continuous development methodology and other common DevOp tools
- Experience with Azure networking including hybrid cloud environments
