A leading tier 1 Legal Firm has a requirement to grow their development capability in Auckland to support customer centred API integration.

With a background in Development of API's, you will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of object orientated coding.

You will be comfortable using Javascript, PHP, HTML, Glide, C#, C++, R, Ruby or similar coding languages.

With a high level of competency in Databases, particularly SQL and also the .Net platform, you will have the ability to work with common APis.

You have the experience and ability to troubleshoot application issues and have an understanding of bot frameworks and machine learning.

Comfortable using Amazon and Azure development tools, you will combine all this experience to deliver on the Core Application Development responsibiilties.

The Role

The core function of the Application Developer role is to develop portals  which can be accessed by our client and their clients. You will also develop application automation and integration between systems, reducing manual administration across our client and improving profitability.

You will use tools such as ServiceNow, HotDocs, Azure, and Putti (among others) to integrate our client's document management system, practice management system, client relationship management system and other vital systems.

You will also lead in creating virtual applications, bots, automated work product (precedent) and smart forms.

This role demands superior verbal and written communication skills coupled with previous experience in a Professional Services environment.

While the role is an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, our client has an extensive project schedule, you will enjoy the collaborative approach and team oriented style this company provides.
