Your new company
Your new company is a well-established Civil Contractor operating throughout New Zealand. Due to growth they are needing an immediately available individual to join their team with IT Helpdesk experience. This company has a great reputation and friendly staff.
Your new role
- Primarily providing support and directions to customers
- Provide support request fulfillment in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot Incidents
- Maintain great relationships with customers including communication of support and projects
- Maintain support jobs up to date
- Escalate support jobs to the appropriate team members
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience at an IT Help desk
- Be immediately available
- Great communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- A sense of humour and hard worker
