About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we now have this excellent opportunity for an experienced Data Migration & Analysis Lead to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the architecture, management and facilitation of the data lifecycle as we prepare for and implement a new HRIS/LMS system(s). These include analysis, requirements gathering, cleansing, data ETLs (extractions, transformation, loading), dress rehearsals, data validation, establishing data standards and data quality metrics.
This role is integral to the successful outcome of this global project. Solid relationships will need to be built with a variety of different stakeholders in order to manage and understand the requirements of the different business functions, while recommending solutions to resolve issues identified in data usage, data quality and data performance and metrics.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years as a Senior Master Data Analyst or in a similar role
- Experience with large scale HRIS/LMS and/or ERP implementations and led the delivery of data migrations over the course of a global rollout
- Experience with data migration tools (for example, MS SQL, SAP Data Services)
- Experienced in developing and executing a robust data migration framework
- Experience with establishing and maintaining Data Governance and Data Quality policies and processes
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrates business process understanding and general business acumen
- Experience working with stakeholders from all areas in the business
- Relevant Project Management experience, managing the data migration work stream
