Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to start a five month contract immediately. You will need to have had at least eight years’ experience as a Business Analyst, as well as experience with the following:
- Process development
- Incident, service request and release management for calls relating to the Customer Relationship Management
- Data migration and integration activities
- Requirements documentation.
