We are now searching for a talented Senior SAP Functional Consultant/Specialist to join our Technology Consulting Practice, specialising in supply chain and logistics (SD/MM) processes. A key requirement for the role is business process/subject matter experts who may have come from industry and moved into information systems, either from industry or a consulting environment.

As with all of our Consulting people, we are continually focused on delivering value to our clients. In this role you will be working with the latest technologies in the industry to enable you to be a trusted advisor. Key responsibilities of the role will include;

• Provide solutions and configurations skills across SD, MM, LE modules in SAP ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
• Build trusted solutions with clients and users as an advisor, and working closely with other work streams for a fully integrated solution.
• Lead workshop and design activities where needed, gathering requirements from clients and other Functional Leads/Consultants.
• Owning the end to end SDLC lifecycle, including testing and post production support/hyper care.
• Manage pipeline of project priorities, enhancements requirements, and support tickets across various clients and collaborating with various Deloitte’s Technology Consulting communities.
• Build relationships with Deloitte colleagues and client users, SME’s and up to CxO level to investigate, understand and propose solutions to meet customer demands. 
• Helping to develop high performing people and culture aligned to Deloitte’s values and making an impact that matters, and deliver exceptional client service. 
• Mindfulness to continuously cultivate client relationships, including active involvement with presales and procurement processes.

About You

To be effective in this role you will have a passion for collaborative working, finding innovative solutions and helping others to develop. You will thrive on continual challenge and learning, and have an inquisitive nature to deliver the best practice solutions for your clients.

You will have the ability to establish, build and maintain successful relationships and are adept at working directly with clients from C level to the shop floor. You pride yourself on providing the same high quality service that is expected and delivered from one of New Zealand's largest and most respected professional services firm. But what will set you a part from the rest?

• Delivered at least 2 full lifecycle SAP programme, locally or internationally. Greenfield implementation experience will be heavily advantageous.
• Advanced functional configuration skills in either SAP SD, MM, LE. Integration or knowledge of WM, PP, QM, PM, FI, CO will be advantageous.
• Expert understanding of best practice business processes with the supply chain environment including the use to third party suppliers/systems integration (EDI and IDOC etc.).
• Possess excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels. Must have a proven ability to lead/facilitate workshop and handle change management issues.
• Experience in business development including networking, relationship building and responding to procurement/presales processes.
• Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, is essential.
