Client is a leader in the e-commerce across NZ and Australia with the majority of their revenue coming from their online presence. They are a true NZ success story who are continuing to grow revenue and reputation. Due to a new system implementation and ongoing technical growth we are seeking a front-end web developer on a 12 month contract.
The primary purpose of this position is to support & ensure the functioning of the Commercial web environment. You will be working on projects which are innovative in a highly competitive e-commerce industry. We are looking for someone to work on the implementation of modules and work alongside the existing development team in this PHP environment.
Skills wise you will have 2-3 years of experience as a front end web developer. JavaScript/HTML/CSS with strong knowledge of Silverstripe and an understanding of Bootstrap. This role suits a problem solver with proven experience delivering web applications and single page JavaScript applications.
