- $110 to $130 per hour
- The role is a 6 month contract
- Central Wellington Location
This engagement is expected to commence mid-end July with an expected initial term through to mid-December with a possible extension. This organisation has been undergoing a major agile transformation over the last 2 years. The key focus of this role would be working within a small team of agile coaches to provide support to the agile teams, product management and scrum masters. Training delivery experience and SAFe certification would be a bonus. This role will be working alongside the Value Office (PMO), you will also have an opportunity to assist with improving and adapting our processes.
A successful candidates must have:
- Proven hands-on Agile and Scrum Master Experience
- Strong Agile coaching background
- Understanding of various frameworks and methodologies
- High energy and driven to deliver results
- Must be pragmatic and open-minded (not an Agile extremist and no egos please)
- Must be able to work in a team
