We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join Fujitsu's highly successful team in Auckland. This is an Account Management - Business Development role in which you will work with enterprise-level clients, promoting and selling IT Infrastructure Solutions and Support offerings. You will have some existing clients, but much of your role will be focused on developing new business from a mostly warm but sometimes cold start. You will therefore have the opportunity to make your mark by developing strong relationships and successfully negotiating sales deals.

WHAT DO WE WANT FROM YOU?

To be successful in this role you will possess:
  • A proven background in sales and account management in an IT infrastructure environment
  • Solid industry knowledge and business acumen
  • Excellent relationship building skills, and the ability to identify and act on opportunities you discover in the process.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • A consultative style to interpret customer requirements and, in conjunction with technical advisers, develop a solution that meets their needs
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and a proven sales ability at executive level demonstrating your skill at influencing key decision makers.
  • The ability to think outside the square
  • Experience or familiarity with some of the following products: Commvault, Riverbed, HPE, HPi, Microsoft, CA, VMWare, and Citrix.
