This client provides well known credit cards that you can apply for in store and online. They are all about helping customer’s love life and assisting them to buy items that make them happy – whether that is a new sofa, entertainment centre, whiteware – and more! This client's customer-centric approach ensures customers financial needs are met for today and tomorrow.
 
About the role:

You’ll take inbound phone calls from customers with regards to various credit line products, to up-sell and cross-sell products, and you will be making lending decisions up to a certain authority on credit applications.

Your customers will be seeking credit lines to buy large items from well-known department and speciality stores around New Zealand.

The Hours:
 
Monday – Sunday between 8am – 11pm. You must have full flexibility to work anytime. You roster will be provided well in advance.

Next start date is in August!

All about you: 

•  Proven contact centre experience for at least 12 months 
• An interest in working in the finance industry
• Positive attitude willing to get stuck in and learn something new 
• Focused on being a part of a team 
• A clear credit history and be free from criminal convictions
