The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion we have created a new role in the organisation for a Contact Centre Manager. This role will bring together all our subscriber teams together under one manager. The role will increase single call resolution and cross train teams to achieve a stronger more resilient team.
The Person
As a security business we are highly process and quality driven, so you will be a manager that lives and breathes quality and is used to working in a highly compliance focused industry.
You will have brought teams together and enjoy building a high performing culture.
