About the Role

As a member of the Hyundai Ambassador Team you will be responsible for ensuring their new and existing clients are provided with the utmost professional and timely service with the goal of converting leads into sales.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Handling of all incoming & outbound calls
  • Attend to all website enquiries and ensure they are managed and responded to in a quick and professional manner
  • Manage all brochure requests through the website and liaise with their dealer network
  • Actively engage with customers via online chat with the goal of starting the sales process
  • Various administration tasks for the company as required

About You

As an Ambassador you will see yourself moving into the service, marketing, sales or the corporate service teams. The company is eager and excited to meet someone who is has a high drive for success, is not afraid of hard work, is customer focused and would love a future with Hyundai and across the wider organisation.

Skills and attributes needed for the role;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good command of English
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office
  • Confident, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Above all you will have the drive and passion to succeed!

Further Details

  • Monday to Friday - one Saturday a month
  • Rostered shifts between 7.30am to 7.30pm
  • Parking on site
