Southfuels is a privately owned New Zealand company specialising in the supply of bulk fuel and lubricants to the primary market. The business operates throughout the country with account management and operational staff located from Invercargill to Whangerei.

We are looking for a Customer Service super star that is passionate about helping our internal and external customers be successful.

This Christchurch based role is unique in that it has elements of Service, Sales and Admin.

Days of work are Monday to Friday, specific times will be discussed during the interview. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

• Proven customer service skills 
• Immediate experience with Excel and Microsoft office
• Experience with outbound calling
• Comfortable with generating sales leads 
• Familiar with using a Customer Relationship Management tool
• Hard worker
• Comfortable with working with staff across business units
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Change advocate
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with meeting deadlines  
• Experience with Data entry
