Your new role
As an experienced ServiceNow Senior Consultant you will identify, shape and deliver end to end innovative solutions within both ITSM and ITBM. Having previously worked in a high preforming service management environment, you will be naturally inquisitive and driven to deliver ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise level.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong understanding of ITIL concepts, processes and tools in conjunction with business analysis and configuration skills.
In addition, pre sales experience and the proven to engage and lead complex stakeholder groups is essential.
