As a Technology Consultant within Health & Public Service, you will help clients deliver more effective, efficient and affordable services.  You'll build an extraordinary career by using your expertise to help governments and other public service organisations become more effective, efficient, and engaged.

Our Health & Public Services Group brings together people with first-class consultancy skills and specialist industry expertise. This group is dedicated to helping health organisations, government agencies and other public service organisations deliver better solutions for the people they serve. By leveraging your management consulting, analytics, technology, operations and outsourcing skills, you’ll help clients design and implement strategies that improve the overall quality of services that are delivered to your friends, family and neighbours. 

Responsibilities:

Analyze, design and/or develop best practice business changes through technology solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Understand and translate requirements into business and technology solutions
• Provide technology analysis
• Analyze as-is and to-be processes to define system/technology requirements
• Deliver quality functional/application designs and ensure technology solutions represent current and future business requirements
• Capture user requirements
• Develop and Implement quality business solutions for the client

Professional Skill Requirements

• Ability to deliver in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to build, manage and foster a strong, dynamic team environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a client business issue solving environment
• Broad range of skills, including business acumen, interpersonal, analytical and team working skills
