The Company:

Are an enterprise company that have been looking after their customers for over 100 years. They have offices throughout the country and provide a number of services and product offerings to their key sector. 


The Role:

This is a permanent role and will see you based in their Dunedin office. 
The company are experiencing a period of growth and are adding a 3rd Service Desk Analyst  to their level 2 & 3 team.

The role will see you supporting the business technically and jumping onto project work when required. You will be reporting into the Service Desk Manager. A big part of the role that they see is an important part is mentoring the level 1 support team. 


Duties & Experience:
  • Level 2 & 3 support 
  • Microsoft Windows Operating Systems experience 
  • Active Directory administration experience
  • Office 365/AZURE experience 
  • Windows Server experience - highly desirable 
  • Project work 
  • Mentoring the level 1 support team
  • Enterprise environment experience
  • Excellent communicational skills
  • Customer service focused
  • ITIL Certified - desirable
  • Local industry experience

Culture:

The Service Desk team are a tight nit team that support each other. Mentoring and passing on information is really important to the Service Desk Manager. They also like to have a laugh. The company environment is a busy one with loads of growth and projects going on.
