Overview of the company
One of New Zealand’s leading Property insights organisations is undergoing a large transformation. This is a rare opportunity to help diversify and shape the direction of the business.
About the role:
As Programme Manager you will lead innovation and formulate, organise and monitor inter-connected projects. Decide on suitable strategies, frameworks and methods for project management coordinating cross-project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and monitor inter-connected projects for the Technology Solutions team on behalf of the Business and Product Owners.
• Decide on suitable approaches for managing projects with different risk profiles. Coordinate cross-project activities
• Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
• Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
• Apply change, risk and resource management
• Assume responsibility for the programme’s people and vendors
• Assess programme performance and benefits realisation
• Resolve higher scope project issues
• Develop project reporting and dashboard processes to ensure the executive team and other governing bodies have appropriate visibility of all projects that the technology group is supporting.
Key Requirements:
• Innovative leadership experience
• Proven ability to influence and create change
• Strong experience applying best practices in project and programme management
• Experience managing multiple technology related projects is desirable
• Well networked across information sharing businesses
