The NZ Police Information and Communications Technology Service Centre are seeking to appoint an experienced Mobility Infrastructure Support Engineer Telephony to the Technology Operations group, based at the Royal New Zealand Police College, Porirua.
This role is responsible for providing technical and functional direction for 2nd level support for Mobility services and its related infrastructure. The environment being maintained covers the Mobility infrastructure that supports Operational Policing.
This is a dynamic and challenging position, and the successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate the following
Skills and experience:
Experience in supporting/troubleshooting Mobility in a large organisation;
Experience in Service Delivery in a large organisation;
Microsoft Entry Level Certification
Experience in supporting Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory
Experience in Mobility Solutions and use of Airwatch
Demonstrate the following SFIA 6 Framework skills:
ITOP (IT Infrastructure) Level 3;
PBMG (Problem Management) Level 4;
CFMG (Configuration Management) Level 4;
CPMG (Capacity Management) Level 4;
SCAD (Security Administration) Level 3; &
NTAS (Network Support) Level 4.
HSIN (Systems Installation/decommissioning) Level 3
Competencies:
Communicate Level 1 - Individual Contributor
Solve Level 1 - Individual Contributor
Lead Level 1 - Individual Contributor
Innovate Level 1 - Individual Contributor
