What will you do?
Supporting the Senior Project Manager, you will provide project coordination activities across two IT Infrastructure Projects.
A day in the life:
- Monthly status reports
- Technical resource aquisition and management
- Track and maintain project schedules, reports and registers
- Project financial tracking and variance reporting
- Manage effective relationships across the wider business
Your background:

Proven experience as an ICT Project Coordinator in a formal project environment
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences on a range of complex issues relating to project quality
- Knowledge of project management disciplines and the use of corresponding methods and techniques e.g. risk & issue management, configuration management, resource management, financial management
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience with NZ Government beneficial
