We are on the hunt for an energetic and passionate IT Support Analyst to join a dynamic and team focused service desk team where no two days are the same.
Your role will include:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 IT Service Desk support to internal staff
- Ensure all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Record all incidents and actions immediately within the internal logging system
- Respond to both email and telephone enquiries
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Approachable and outgoing personality
- Must have previous experience in service desk team environment
- Sound knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, Citrix Xenapp, Office 365 and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts.
