The eSPACE Programme is managed by HealthShare Limited and is a shared services agency of which all five Midland District Health Boards are shareholders. The programme is responsible for implementing clinically-led programmes of change across the Midland region that collectively provide the health needs of approximately 889,000 people.
We are looking for a full-time, permanent Project Manager who takes responsibility for the delivery of the assigned projects in the eSPACE Programme. This role reports to the eSPACE Technology Director.
The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Working with cross functional teams and multiple stakeholders to clearly understand the business objectives and project drivers.
- Strong experience in implementing various software projects into the business.
- Responsibility for the coordination and delivery of applications and integration projects within the programme.
- Strong analytical and problem solving.
- Stakeholder management.
- Customer engagement.
- Change management.
While this role is based at HealthShare Hamilton office, there will be a strong requirement for regular travel (including overnight stays) across the Midland region to engage with a geographically distributed team and regional stakeholders.
