We are looking for a stand out candidate to join our award winning team of customer service officers who pride themselves on exceptional service delivery. This position offers a challenging and rewarding work environment for someone who is driven by customer service, problem solving and achieving excellence. Based within the NZCU South Contact Centre, you will liaise with valued customers nationwide on a range of tasks including basic trouble shooting, banking service advice, and query resolution. We are currently seeking a candidate to fill a full-time position as Customer Services Officer within the Contact Centre who is resilient, pressure-driven and stands out from the crowd. NZCU South actively embraces individuals who are process driven, self motivated and are not afraid to problem solve efficiently when faced with a challenge.
You will be working with a team of focussed, hard-working and supportive individuals who seek to offer the best of services to new and existing members, banks and branch managers. It is imperative that you are capable of competently following processes, maintaining transaction data and diligently sticking to prescribed tasks.
Key requirements and skills:
Competency in handling a range of member enquiries via our multi-modal communication system
The ability to prioritise and multitask within a demanding and fast-paced environment
A strong and capable problem-solver who operates effectively under pressure
Capable of undergoing process orientation and adapting to new systems
Managing a broad portfolio of members, documentation, applications, accounts and transactions
Desire to achieve excellent results within a high performing and dynamic team
