As Telesales Manager, you will lead the Direct Sales frontline teams located in Auckland and be responsible for the day to day operations of their site including recruitment, performance management and delivery of the call centre performance targets.
 
What Will I be Doing?
- Responsible for assigned queues and performance and developing plans to improve performance.
- Supporting and leading continuous improvement projects and activity. 
- Signing off new product launches for their area.
- Ownership of forecasts and workforce management schedules.
- Identification of call trends, issues and improvement opportunities and appropriate planning/resolution or communication.
- Deliver commercial targets set National Telesales Manager.
- Deliver customer TNPS targets set by the business unit.
 
What Will I bring?
- Strong leadership skills and significant experience managing large call centre or operational teams.
- Understanding of commercial and operational call centre activity (forecasting, workforce management etc.).
- Proven ability to be a customer champion and take accountability for identifying and addressing underlying service issues.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to build and maintain relationships in a complex corporate environment.
