Your job:
This phone-based inbound role is responsible for listening to customer concerns, asking the right questions and providing recommendations around appropriate products and services. As the main point-of-contact for our customers, your active listening and influential skills are vital.
We are looking for staff who commit to the following hours:
- 6 x positions - Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm rotational
- 2 x positions - Sunday 830am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday 8am - 8pm rotational
Experience in retail or a similar industry will be an advantage, as you will have a strong foundation of customer service skills. However, you don't necessarily need to come from a call centre background as we will provide the necessary training in your first 4 weeks.
