Join a well-known bank based in Wellington CBD, with amazing city views! We are looking for contact centre professionals to join a remediation specialist to join a fun, hardworking and dedicated team that are investigating, and detecting money laundering activities. You will be part of an upcoming project validating and screening accounts to not only maintain, but exceed New Zealand's banking industry’s compliance standards in regard to anti-money laundering.
On a daily basis, you'll be making contact with the banks customers, validating and obtaining information for further assessment. Professionalism and sensitivity is of utmost importance. As is the nature of projects, tasks can change throughout the day, so you’ll need to adaptable to jump between different working demands.
Candidates will have ideally all, or most of the following:
- Banking OR insurance experience
- Experience in Anti-Money Laundering
- An eye for detail, to pick up on small discrepancies and connecting the dots
- Initiative, to think outside the box when it comes to collecting and ascertaining information
This is a temporary project starting asap and finishing in December. Achieve great work-life balance as the shifts are standard business hours of Monday – Fridays.
