This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable and well established not for profit organisation. The team of 13 are passionate about what they do and have fun along the way. The focus of the organisation is to promote a national property portfolio and health benefits to a customer base of nearly 30,000 around the country.
It is rare to find an organisation that cares so much about the people it serves. The culture is collaborative and the team are welcoming. You will work within a long serving and experienced customer service team who will provide plenty of training and support while you learn the role. The offices are modern and located in the vibrant Courtenay Place area.
This is a full time, permanent role working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The ideal start date is Monday the 23rd of July however there is some flexibility for a later start if necessary.
Day to day tasks will see you:
- Following up paperwork by calling customers
- Processing application forms
- Database cleansing
- Answering queries via phone and email
- Creating and editing bookings
- Assisting with small projects
- Data entry for health claims
The right person for this role is someone keen to learn that can demonstrate excellent customer skills and has a friendly and helpful phone manner. To fit into this small team, you will need to enjoy working collaboratively, be accurate and have a fantastic attitude. My client is happy to teach but will be looking for some office and administration experience to build on. I would like to see at least one years’ experience in a corporate environment.
