Fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to support a senior manager as well as a wider team within the health sector. This role is located in Greenlane.

The ideal candidate will be a highly functioning specialist to act as this busy manager's right hand person. Some of your key duties will include:

  • Proactively manage and prioritise busy calendar and emails
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Assisting with documentation and presentations
  • Board report coordination and Minute taking
  • Management reporting
  • Filing and general administration
  • Organising any events and catering as required
  • Ad hoc Project work

To be considered for this position you will ideally have the following:

  • Advanced MS office
  • Proven previous PA experience working within a large organisation
  • Strong organisational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to assist with a variety of tasks
  • Project experience
  • The ability to work autonomously and be self-managing
