Part Time Office Manager – Regenisys Limited
Regenisys is the leading company in the electro-mechanical disaster recovery industry and is looking to recruit a Part time Office Manager.
This is a part time position, three hours per day, four days a week, 10am - 1pm. Times can be changed slightly to work around the successful applicant.
The successful candidate will have previous office experience, and have very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software (Xero).
Based in Penrose, the role involves all general office activities including timesheets, wages, invoicing, scheduling jobs, suppliers and reports. Great telephone skills are very important. A calm, positive and friendly manner is required, along with excellent customer service focus.
You will be strong on processes, with a systematic and tidy approach to your work and the ability to take charge with minimal supervision.

Essentials:
Previous office administration experience
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Self motivated and flexible with a positive outlook
Good communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Methodical systematic approach to your work
Preferences:
Previous office experience in a service/technical business
Xero experience
A competitive hourly rate is offered, dependent on skills, qualifications and experience.
