We are an Otago real estate company that is looking for a specific person with excellent leadership skills to join our team for a 6 month maternity fill position in Central Otago. This person will manage the day to day running of our real estate operation and assist with our growing property management portfolio.
The skills we require are:
• A passion for real estate
• General real estate administration required e.g. processing contracts, booking and loading marketing and the like
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities and ability to work alongside wider leadership team
• Coordination of training/sales meetings
• Knowledge of property management
• Experience in database management
• Marketing
• Excellent time management skills
The successful applicant will be a vibrant person, with drive and initiative.
