We are currently looking for a Programme Co-ordinator to join our existing, busy, professional and energetic team.  The Programme Co-Ordinator forms part of a team whose key responsibilities incorporate the IVS inspection services and training delivery for:

  1. Agoge training
  2. MPI training
  3. CBAFF training
  4. Online training
  5. Vehicle Inspection
  6. Container Clearance

 

This is a dynamic role, where you will become an expert in your field and be the central point of the service for both our customers and trainers.

Key areas of responsibility:

  1. Day to day co-ordination of the program
  2. Scheduling of training courses
  3. Liaising with trainers to co-ordinate training delivery
  4. Liaising with customers via phone and email
  5. Taking enquiries and bookings
  6. All administrative requirements for the co-ordination of the service
  7. Responsible for generating new and repeat business through active follow-up of existing clients

 

To be successful in this role you must:

  1. Have exceptional customer service skills
  2. Have excellent communication and listening skills
  3. Be confident and composed, being able to give direction and advice in an informative and positive manner
  4. Be a team player, who is organised, flexible and uses your initiative
  5. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Windows Software and Web Based programs

 

Hours of work are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

We are located at Ruakura, Hamilton
