Established in 2005, Finesse Residential set out to supply the Howick market with 30 homes per year.  Fast forward 13 years and we’re supplying the East/South markets of Auckland with double that!  And we haven’t finished yet.  We’re still growing and a such we need a highly organised Office Administrator to join our team.

Reporting to our Financial Controller you will be involved in a variety of tasks.  You’ll be the glue that holds our team together.  No two days will be the same, one minute you’ll be answering phones the next you’ll be supporting Finance or HR.

You might be new to the workforce and looking for that first step into a great organisation?  Or you might be in an administration role, that doesn’t offer growth opportunity?  Either way – we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for:

- Someone who is super organised and someone who prides themselves on getting it right the first time.

- A whizz when it comes to MS Office – Outlook, Word & Excel especially.

- Someone with a great phone manner and a clear communication style.

- A go getter with initiative – we’re fast paced so we need someone who can think on their feet to get the job done.

- Someone who is IT and tech savvy.  You’ll be comfortable getting in there and trouble shooting.

You’ll be:

- A team player – yes, we all have job descriptions but we all do what it takes to get the job done.

- Reliable and dependable – being able to count on you will take pressure of our team.

- A self-starter and highly motivated – you won’t be a spectator here, you’ll be right in there making things happen.

- Approachable and friendly – it’s important that our customers and team feel like they can call on you when needed.
