Service Delivery Manager – Fixed Term – Maternity Leave Cover

Connectrix Ltd is contracted to provide Civil Construction Services and we are looking for someone to administer and manage the Ultra-Fast Broadband connection side of the business, to cover maternity leave, on a fixed one year term contract.

The role’s primary responsibilities cover:

• First line of contact with our key stakeholders
• Receipting, logging, and invoicing of all jobs
• Daily allocation of job packs for our installation teams
• People management
• Contacting customers
• Capturing and reporting on daily production
• Handling escalations

Outside of the day to day functions of the role we would anticipate the successful candidate would be able to contribute to the growth of the business through development and improvement of systems, deployment of new technology and the development of our resource and their capabilities.

Key attributes for this role are:
 

• Well organised, practical and methodical
• Computer skills – MS Office/ Excel and Outlook
• Excellent written & communication skills
• Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
• Able to work unsupervised, as well as with a team
• Ability to get the job done (able to work extra hours when necessary)
• Experience/knowledge within a field service organisation preferable – especially in regards the UFB network
• A commitment to great customer outcomes

Training as required will be provided to assist the successful applicant with this position.
