Role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high calibre Recruitment Administrator to support our on-site teams based across Australia and New Zealand. 

You will be tasked with providing high-quality recruitment process support to the RPO teams across all business units in New Zealand and Australia. Working as part of a positive and proactive team, the you will manage multiple priorities in order to meet deadlines. You will book all interviews for candidates and hiring managers, and drive highly detailed background checks for all applicants.

With a broad scope and development opportunities, this role will provide exposure to a wide range of recruitment solutions.    

 

Experience

Ideally with Recruitment Administration experience, you will have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools.  An understanding of applicant tracking systems would be an advantage.

As you will be working with key stakeholders, your professionalism and ability to interact at all business levels will be vital to your success.  You will be an upbeat, enthusiastic and proactive team player who enjoys variety.
