We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to join our teams in Head Office and project office teams in Auckland City.

You’re Opportunity

Supporting our leaders and being the face of the company to incoming prospective clients and contractors, you will be a great communicator and will assist with a diverse range of tasks whilst introducing a range of people to our business.

Key aspects of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Organising meeting rooms and conference call bookings
  • Greeting guests to our business
  • Assisting with parking allocation and future bookings for a range of accommodation, transport and flight bookings
  • Entering expense claims and other invoicing into our account systems
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks. (Note taking, assisting on-boarding new staff, answering calls, coordinating people coming to site etc.)
  • Working with CPB software packages and Microsoft office
  • Email and dairy management for leadership team.

To be considered for these opportunities candidates will possess the following:

  • 2-5 years’ experience within administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Acute attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and experience learning new complex systems
  • Exceptional phone manner and customer service skills.

As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organized and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors. We have multiple start dates for these opportunities with packages that tare tailored to the successful candidates experience level and needs.

All potential CPB contractors employees will be require the right to work in New Zealand and complete a range of pre-employment checks including Reference checking and qualification checks.
