I am currently seeking professional, polished and well presented Corporate Receptionists with great communication skills. We need experienced Receptionists that can hit the ground running, so if you're available for upcoming temporary assignments - please contact me now!
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Managing reception and kitchen areas
- Organising couriers and mail
- Providing administration support
Skills, attributes and experience required:
- Proven corporate reception/front desk experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Polite and professional phone manner
- Administration support skills
- A positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Corporate presentation with a high level of personal grooming
On offer:
- $20-$25 per hour depending on experience
- Great Corporate Receptionist/Admininistration Support roles of varying lengths
