Our client based in Richmond, Nelson require an Administrator to join their busy team. Initially this position will be for 1-3 months and could be extend to around 6 months. You will work as part of a small team to ensure the administration functions run smoothly. This is a full time temporary position 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday and you will also support the Branch Operations Manager. 

Duties will include:

  • Invoicing
  • General administration
  • General word processing
  • Database and spreadsheet management

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience 2 + years
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office
  • Accurate and fast typing speed
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
