Our client is looking for a Receptionist super star to be based in their Takanini office. You will be the face and voice of the business. This is a terrific opportunity for someone with an excellent phone manner, is well organised with attention to detail and willingness to learn. This role comes with a huge amount of variety.
The role responsibilities are:
- Ensure visitors are greeted and attended to in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering telephone calls and transferring to the correct person.
- Maintain reception area and boardroom's orderliness
- Basic administration duties
- Ordering stationery
- Daily running of reports
- Assistance with accounts functions such as collating debtor invoicing and generating debtor invoices and credits for end of month.
To be a successful candidate for this role your key competencies will include:
- Outstanding phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to show initiative with effective time management
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Accredo accounting is a bonus but not essential
