Ultimate Media We are currently seeking an organised energetic person to join the Newmarket team.
The role encompasses database management, production / installation management, advertising allocations and administration duties.
This is a busy and interesting key role where you will be involved in a number of the processes of an advertising sales focused business. Join the hardworking team in a relaxed and fun environment.
Core Responsibilities
· Manage the advertising database
· Allocate ad campaigns to media sites
· Manage the production process
· Instructing and monitoring the installation process.
· Sales support
· Answer and direct incoming phone calls
The successful applicant will possess
· Data entry skills
· Proficient on PC
· Good communication skills.
· Well organised and detail focused
