We currently have an opportunity for an experienced candidate to join our People and Culture (P&C) team as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Officer, People & Culture (COPC).
This role is an all-encompassing EA position. You will be required to do all things consummative of being a successful EA while adding value through your proactive approach on a day to day basis. You will build and maintain key relationships across People & Culture and the wider Sovereign business as an extension of our COPC. You will be exposed to some interesting project work and assisting with board papers. Ultimately, the goal of this role is to ensure the smooth running of your Executives day while coordinating and facilitating multiple tasks across the department.
What you will bring to the role:
- Previous experience as a PA or EA to an Executive within a corporate or professional services environment.
- Drive for results and exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work with ever changing priorities, deadlines and a high pressure environment
- Good use of initiative and an inquisitive mind to stay one step ahead of the COPC
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels to reach desired outcomes
- High level of professionalism at all times especially when handling sensitive information
- Energetic and outgoing personality that can Take Charge
