This position is pivotal to the smooth running of the office, support to the internal team and exceptional service to their clients. The environment is professional and hence you will be well presented and understand the need to provide visitors with a relaxed yet superior customer service.

 

 The responsibilities are numerous and include the following:

  • General reception duties
  • Collect/sort and distribute mail
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Filing – hard-copy and electronic
  • Facilitate signing of documents provided
  • General administration and email correspondence

 

You will be highly organised, can work autonomously and set your workload. You will have strong attention to detail as you will be dealing with legal documents. The current administrator will be on hand for support over the learning stages of the role, so excellent training will be given. This role is all about a great attitude, communication skills and presentation, everything else can be taught.
