Must have at least 3 years of hands-on managerial experience and qualification in business Level 7 or above.It is a full-time permanent position and the successful applicant will be required to manage the entire operations of the business.

Job description for the role offered:

• Contributing to the planning and review of office services and setting priorities and office service standards.

• Allocating human resources space and equipment.

• Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff.

• Managing the records and accounts of the company.

• Ensuring compliance with all government laws, policies and procedures including occupational health and safety regulations.

• Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision and rest to be discussed.

•Arrange and attend regular meetings with the director and supervisors.

•Liaise with the Grower Service Representative at the Pack House to ensure improvement in crop quality to enhance the price of the crops.

•Prepare a report on the performance of the company for a secure future of company and handover to the director.

•Implement performance improvement projects for all on farm and work activities together with project evaluation and planning i.e. dividing the time and staff for different jobs at different times in different places.

•Ensure smooth operations of the business and make necessary decisions in absence of the director.

•Arranging transportation and accommodation for workers and staff when needed.

•Develop relationships by entering into the contracts with the reputed organizations to promote the reputation of the company.

•Any other responsibilities that need to be fulfilled by the manager from time to time in accordance with the needs of the business.

 

The suitable candidate must have:

•Flexible hours of work.

•Must able to clear Police check and Drug test.

•Must able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.

•Hold a full clean driver’s license.

• Must have a First Aid certificate.

•Have a keen positive attitude with good work ethics and a willingness to learn.
