Our client, a well-established national training organisation based in Rotorua is looking for a Business Services Course Coordinator with well-developed customer service ethos to join the Training Business Service Team. This position is a fixed term role through until the 20th December 2019.
  
The Training Services Course Coordinator role will focus on newly developed Strategic leadership Programmes that is designed to give the leadership in the organisation the skills needed to lead through the integration phase of our organisation and into the future.

The ideal candidate will possess the following key skills;
  
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage time, meet key deadlines and work under pressure
  • Co-ordination skills – courses, meetings, appointments and functions
  • Strong computer literacy – Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience using databases preferably Learning Management Systems
  • Strong document control ability
  • Health & safety awareness
  
The preferred candidate must have previous experience working within a large, fast-paced team environment and have the ability to communicate and deal with senior leaders within the business. Event planning, record management, training or co-ordination experience would also be ideal.  Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must along with accuracy and attention to detail.
