We’re looking for a superstar office assistant to work part time in our Auckland clinic to help maintain the efficient running of the office.

Daily tasks include: 

  • Filing – electronic and physical
  • General office duties
  • Picking, packing and posting orders
  • Reception cover; including patient welcome, phone and email management
  • Stock management
  • Data entry
  • Basic office up-keep

This position works closely with the clinic manager to ensure excellent service for patients and enquiries. At times, you would be the first point of contact with our patients, so a warm nature, can-do attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Skills/experience that would be advantageous: 

  • Attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and One Note
  • Ability to use a Mac computer and operating system
  • Previous packing and logistics experience
  • Ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 16kgs
  • A passion for health and wellness
  • A multi-tasker who is happy to work and adapt within a small team
  • An ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a part-time role. You may be required to work additional hours during busy periods.
