In addition to providing operational and management support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Information Services unit you will be responsible for the coordinating the IT asset desktop replacement program every quarter ensuring all information is current and accurate.
You’ll be an experienced project coordinator/administrator who is system and process oriented, with the ability to maintain and operate a variety of corporate systems. Previous local government experience would be an advantage.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Administrator role
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills (especially Excel and Access)
- Project Coordination
- Strong analytical and written skills
- Asset Management experience
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises judgement and discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent report writing skills
- Experience with customer and vendor management
- Accounts administration
- Ability to deliver a great customer service experience
The recruiting range for this role starts at $45,728 per annum, and could be negotiated for the right candidate.
