Due to HUGE success in our service-based business, we are looking to find an experienced Office Manager to support the wider team as we continue to thrive and grow.

 

Reporting direct to the Managing Director, your role will be hands on and varied and will include responsibility for managing incoming calls, client queries, technician scheduling and generally keeping our systems super tight. You will play a key role in supporting the Managing Director with weekly reporting tasks and be involved in ensuring the integrity of our systems.

 

This role will suit a fun-filled yet organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys liaising with people to ensure accuracy and loves smashing out work super quick. We value honesty, integrity, reliability and constantly reinforce a culture of continuous improvement. We're a team of over-achievers who enjoy dialling up the entertainment budget as we succeed.

 

You may be qualified though we're not majorly fussed. However, we do require someone who has a "can-do" attitude and thrives under pressure. An important part of this role is customer service as you will be representing the company when you speak to customers and suppliers. 

 

Experience and skills necessary:

 

  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • First class attention to detail.
  • Customer service background would be a plus.
  • Experience with scheduling technicians a major bonus.
