As a Field Services Co-ordinator you’ll be responsible for managing the workflow and exception processes across our numerous suppliers as well as providing assistance to internal teams, all while ensuring our compliance obligations are adhered to as per the Electricity Authority & Gas Industry regulations. As a member of the Field Services Team it is anticipated that the Field Services Coordinator will also need to cross train to be able to provide assistance and cover for the team members. 
In addition, you’ll provide first class service to our customers, and liaise with contractors and our field services team to quickly resolve any issues.

Key responsibilities for the FS Coordinator include:

  • Manage the workflow through the workflow management tool (ORB) including;
  • Validating data sent to service providers via Orb and through manual job sheets queries/follow up and administering work in progress (WIP) queue
  • Liaising with Service Providers to ensure service requests (SR’s) are being allocated correctly and amend if necessary
  • Month end processes including invoicing, reporting and trend analysis
  • Contribute to cost control by ensuring services are not paid for until completed correctly, remedial work is done at no cost, and unnecessary service requests are reduced
  • Manage complaints about contractor performance including liaising with customers
  • Manage Health and Safety incidents, monitor investigations, produce internal and external reporting including liaising with customers to eliminate or manage hazards

To be successful, you’ll be a meticulous and detail conscious individual with a strong team focus and a knack for problem solving. You take ownership of issues and follow them through to ensure the customer gets the best possible outcome. Experience in a related industry and some knowledge in the use of SAP would be beneficial.
